"El Molinet del Governador" is an old flour mill, which takes its name from its old owner, who belonged to Orduña's family, a leading family of the village, until 1927.

Nowadays it has been restored, and converted into a Not Shared Rural House. It has 5 different flats with independent access. Three of them have 2 double rooms, one has 3 double rooms and the other one has 4 double rooms. All of them with living-room, kitchen and bathrooms. There are some patios all around the house, one of them with a barbaque by a fountain.
It's an ideal place for peace and quiet. Surrounded by lemon and orange trees you will be at the foot of a mountain and near the sea.

All the appartments have been inscribed in the Alicante Rural Tourism Register, with the numbers ARA 155 - 156 - 157 - 158 - 159. Also they have been classified by ASETUR (Spanish Rural Tourism Association) with3 spikes.
